At The Current – Bodywork by Holly, every appointment is intentionally reserved to provide you with personalized care and an uninterrupted treatment experience. To respect both your time and the therapist's schedule, please review the following policies before booking.

Booking Policy

• Appointments are reserved exclusively for you and are available by appointment only.

• A valid credit or debit card may be required to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

• New clients are required to complete all intake and health history forms prior to their appointment. Appointments may not be confirmed until all required forms have been received.

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your first appointment to allow time for any final paperwork and to discuss your treatment goals.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting the next scheduled client. The full appointment fee will still apply.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Life happens, and we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.

• Cancellations or rescheduled appointments made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-shows") may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service price.

• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments or may limit future booking privileges.

• Exceptions may be made for illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances at the therapist's discretion.

Running Late

If you are running behind, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, arriving late may shorten your treatment time so that other scheduled appointments are not delayed. Full payment for the originally scheduled service will still be required.

Payment

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept approved forms of payment as listed at the time of booking.
